Precise products are cold rolled products of narrow material with thicknesses from 0.05 (*) mm - 0.8 mm and phased at widths between 5 mm - 625 (**) mm. Surface type: 2H, 2R, BA (***) and 2B (****)
1. For thicknesses between 0.05mm - 0.08mm setting before ordering;
2. Other widths up to 640 slit / 650 mill can be granted;
3. The surface BA (according to the Otelinox Process) is obtained training;
4. Cold rolled (wide strip), and slited in on Precision Slitting Line. Thickness range 0.25 - 0.8 mm.
2. 2B products
The usual "2B" products are cold rolled products of wide material with thicknesses between 0.25 mm - 3.0 mm and phased at widths between 200 mm - 1250 mm. The final surfaces are: 2D; 2B; No.3 / No.4 (2G).
The coils (strips) are cold rolled flat products that have been wounded (The coils are the most efficient way to store and transport ).
Narrow strip is cold rolled flat product with a rolled width < 600 mm and that may be slit or not before supply.
Wide strip is cold rolled flat product with a rolled width ≥ 600 mm and that may be slit or not before supply. The coils (strips) resulted by slitting have burr.
2. Trimmed strips
Trimmed strips are cold rolled slit products where, by processing of edge, the burr is removed or the edge has special contour.
3. Spooled strips
Spooled strips are cold rolled flat products with trimmed edge or not , which are wounded into a reel or bobbin.
