THE OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY OF OTELINOX

OTELINOX - manufacturer of metallurgical products – is preoccupied to increase its customers and other interested parties’ satisfaction, by continuous improvement of quality, environmental protection and occupational health and safety performances.

Our Occupational health and safety policy is part of the strategy for continuous improvement and sustainable development.

• We focus all our efforts for developing the present and planned activities with minimum risks providing a safe and healthy work environment.

• We will strictly comply with all the legislation provision regarding occupational health and safety and we will establish additional internal procedures and rules for ensuring the legislative compliance.

• We take measures for maintaining and continuous improvement of our health and safety performances and minimization of accidents and professional illness risks for all our employees.

• We will train and inform our employees for ensuring complete understanding of the occupational health and safety management of our company and our policy. Each employee is made aware regarding its own responsibilities for complying with the company’s procedures and rules.

• We inform our suppliers and contractors regarding our health and safety procedures and we train them on complying with  the legal applicable requirements. During the contract period we will cooperate with our suppliers and contractors in identification and minimization of occupational health and safety risks.

• Reaching our objectives regarding turnover and profit will not compromise our policy in the field of occupational health and safety.

• We will ensure that all communication channels for occupational health and safety are opened and we will promote sustainable communication.

THE POLICY OF OTELINOX REGARDING QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT

OTELINOX - manufacturer of metallurgical products – is preoccupied to increase its customers and other interested parties’ satisfaction, by continuous improvement of performances in the field of quality and environmental protection.

For implementing this policy we have established and maintained the following general objectives:

1. Maintenance and continuous improvement of our products’ quality.

2. Keeping the confidence of our customers

3. Adjusting to the market requirements

4. Maximum profit with minimum costs

5. Minimizing the negative impact on environment offer water, air and soil

6. Prevention of source pollution, ensuring cost minimisation, increasing the exploitation efficiency, ensuring safe work spaces for our employees.

7. Effectiveness and responsible storage and management of waste

8. Compliance with legal and other applicable requirements.

Reaching these objectives will be accomplished trough implementing and maintenance of our integrated management system, for which we aim the continuous improvement.

With this aim, we have appointed as management representative the Manager of Quality Department.
