THE POLICY OF OTELINOX REGARDING THE QUALITY,
ENVIRONMENTAL AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

OTELINOX - is concerned to increase the satisfaction of customers and other parts interested, by continuous improvement of performances in the area of quality and environment. For implementing this policy we have established and maintained the following general objectives:

• Production increasing;

• Continual improvement of the quality performance;

• Customer satisfaction increasing;

• Profit achievement with the minimum costs;

• Minimize the negative impact over the environment factors: water, air, soil;

• Decreasing of the raw materials, materials(including the packaging materials) and energetically utilities consumption;

• Improvement of occupational health and safety level for employees;

• Fire prevention and emergency capacity response improvement;

• Internal market development;

• Creating of the new company culture;

• Complying with the applicable environmental and OHS legislation.

Reaching these objectives will be accomplished through implementing and maintaining our quality management system, which is under continuous improvement.

For this purpose we have appointed the Quality Director as Quality and Environmental Management Representative and the Human Resources Director as Occupational Health and Safety Management Representative.

The top management of OTELINOX is committed to promote this policy with all its resources, including the use of personal example.
