THE POLICY OF OTELINOX REGARDING THE QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEM

OTELINOX - is concerned for the satisfaction increasing of customers and other parts involved, by continuous improvement of performances in the quality and environment area.

For implementing this policy we have established and maintained the following general objectives:

1. Maintaining and continuously improving of the quality level of our products made.

2. Keeping our customers’ confidence.

3. Adjusting to the market requirements.

4. Maximum profit with minimum costs achievement.

5. Minimize the negative impact over the environment: water, air, soil.

6. Prevention of pollution at the sources, ensuring costs reduction, increasing the operation efficiency, maintaining of healthy working places for the employees.

7. Scraps storage and management in the efficiently and responsible mode.

8. Complying with the applicable environmental legislation.

Reaching these objectives will be accomplished through implementing and maintaining our quality management system, which is under continuous improvement.

For this purpose we have appointed the Quality Director as Quality and Environmental Management Representative.
