A. WE RESPECT THE DIGNITY AND DIVERSITY OF INDIVIDUALS

• It is not allowed to accept money, goods or other benefits from clients or other people. Likewise, practices that violate laws and ethical principles are not allowed.
• The company will not obtain and will not use, illegally, trade secrets or other confidential information of competitors.
• The company will neither demand nor force the obtaining of advantages to the detriment of the interests of clients or partner companies.

C. WE ARE OPEN ABOUT FINANCIAL RESULTS AND ACCURATELY RECORD ALL TRANSACTIONS
• The company registers and administers all transactions according to national accounting standards and laws and is periodically subject to external audit.
• The company will make every effort not to enter into business with uncertain clients and will not participate or collaborate in illegal, onerous or clandestine transactions.
• The company’s employees have the obligation to cooperate with all auditors accepted by the company’s management in a dignified and ethical manner.

D. WE DO NOT INVOLVE IN POLITICS AND MAINTAIN OUR NEUTRALITY
• Employees are not authorized on behalf of the company to support any political party, participate in electoral campaigns or take part in political, ethnic or religious conflicts.
• Company resources, including financial resources, workforce and infrastructure will not be used for political purposes.
• The company will not make illegal donations and will not have inappropriate commercial ties with the government.
