A. WE MAKE A CLEAR DISTINCTION BETWEEN SERVICE TASKS AND OUR PRIVATE LIFE
• The company does not allow any kind of activities in order to obtain personal gains, such as unjustified embezzlement, use of the position for private purposes, embezzlement of company funds and assets, etc.
• The company does not allow the use of the company’s image, assets or company information for personal gain.
• All the decisions taken and all the activities of the company are administered permanently following the interest of the company. must avoid any action involving a conflict of interest with that of the company. The company does not tolerate any form of bribery, blackmail, corruption, fraud or theft. No employee must have financial relationships or any other type of personal relationships with suppliers, clients or competitors, relationships that affect or may affect the decisions taken in the company’s interest. The company undertakes preventive actions in this sense through information, awareness and periodic staff rotation in areas with a high risk of such events.

B. WE PROTECT AND RESPECT THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF THE COMPANY AND OF OTHERS
• The company will ensure that its employees will not disclose to third parties and will not improperly use the intellectual property of OTELINOX or its partners.
• The company will respect the right to intellectual property – information related to know-how, production processes, patents, copyrights, trademarks, etc.

C. WE CREATE AN ORGANIZATIONAL ENVIRONMENT BASED ON MUTUAL RESPECT AND COLLABORATION
• The company does not tolerate in any way any type of behavior that may offend or cause displeasure to employees. Such behaviors include sexual harassment, but also any other kind of harassment, acts of violence or coercion to act illegally or contrary to the company’s procedures, regulations and interests.
• The company has the duty to maintain and develop relations of mutual cooperation between management and employees, based on compliance with the law, honesty and integrity, on mutual respect and trust.

D. WE CARE ABOUT THE IMAGE OF OTELINOX AND OUTSIDE THE COMPANY
• An OTELINOX employee, during the employment period, cannot hold another job or be involved in other businesses, without the prior written consent of the company, if this prevents him from carrying out his work to the maximum capacity for which was employed at OTELINOX, including additional work over normal working hours when applicable, in compliance with the laws in force.
• The company does not allow its employees to be members of the Boards of Directors or employees of companies with interests contrary to those of OTELINOX or to be involved in competing activities.
