                                          ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT WHISTLEBLOWING IN PUBLIC INTEREST

Otelinox SA implemented whistleblowing policy according with Law 361/2022 regarding protection of whistleblowers in the public interest.

Designated Person for receiving and managing whistleblowers reporting inside Otelinox is Sorin Burnei, legal adviser.

Reporting about violation of law according to the Law 361/2022 can be done by following means:
         1. in writing, on paper or in electronic way, as the case may be, by filling the Public Interest Reporting Form (please see below), which can be:

    a) submitted at the Company’s registry office or sent by post/courier to the Company’s headquarters located in Targoviste, Soseaua Gaesti no. 16, Dambovita County, having on the envelop the mention “Reporting in public interest” applied by the Whistleblower;

    b) sent to the following e-mail address: avertizari@otelinox.ro having as subject the mention “Reporting in public interest“;

         2. orally, by contacting the Designated Person at phone numbers 0245209470 or by requesting a face-to-face meeting.

Note:  All personal data processing carried out in the Reporting process will be carried out in compliance with the relevant legal provisions and, as the case may be, the Policy regarding the processing of employees’ data, available on the intranet, respectively the Policy regarding the processing of data of Otelinox customers and other third parties, available on the company’s website (www.otelinox.ro).
